All the girls are doing SUPERFANTABULOUS! They are doing so well that I had to make up a new word to describe it. However, I am seeing a slight weakness in our handstands. Handstands are the basic building block of all gymnastics skills, therefore it is imperative that these girls master a perfect handstand. Try challenging your gymnast by seeing how long she can hold her handstand. Maybe have a contest to see who can stay upside down the longest, you or your gymnast ;-).
